Sonia Richardson, Accounting Manager

Sonia Richardson joined Burnham USA in October of 2010 and currently serves as the company’s Accounting Specialist.

During the past 7 years Ms. Richardson has played a key role as Property Manager for small owner/investors in the commercial real estate industry.  Prior to relocating to California Ms. Richardson began her real estate career with The Pederson Group Inc., a Phoenix based real estate development company specializing in premiere upscale retail projects throughout Arizona.

Ms. Richardson is currently involved with numerous charities and is also a licensed real estate salesperson.
