Kate Schierberl, Property Manager - Retail

After graduating from the University of Kansas with a major in Communications, Kate Schierberl began her property management career at CBRE in San Diego where she developed a strong foundation in tenant relations, budgets, and day to day management operations. In 2007,  Kate made the move back to her home town of Orange County where she advanced to the position as portfolio manager with Sperry Van Ness.

Kate is currently responsible for the management of Burnham USA’s retail portfolio. Mrs. Schierberl works closely between various Burnham USA departments and facilitates the “hands on” property management style that Burnham USA is known for throughout the industry.

Mrs. Schierberl is a licensed real estate salesperson and is an active member of CREW OC. She is currently pursuing her CPM designation through IREM.
